What happens before a production order?
First, share the intended market and product brief. Next, agree the sample scope, cost and timing. Review the sample's fit, construction, materials and appearance, then document the approved version and any changes.
Before production, confirm quantities, pricing, the schedule, inspection criteria, packaging and shipping responsibilities in writing. A photograph of an existing sample does not establish the specification of a new order.

- Agree how substitutions and sample revisions will be approved.
- List destination-market documents and tests in the brief; confirm availability before ordering.

100 pairs per style is the starting order reference. The applicable minimum, color and size splits, component availability and price must be confirmed after the model is reviewed.
Can MAUXEN make footwear under my own brand?
We can discuss OEM production or ODM development for your brand. Send the design direction, logo, materials, sizes and packaging requirements so the team can confirm the project scope.
Are certificates or test reports included automatically?
No universal certification or testing package is implied. Specify the destination market and documents or tests you need, then confirm applicability, availability, cost and responsibility with the team.
